What do counselling sessions cost?

Most people find they need at least 6 sessions, but it is up to you. We will regularly discuss how you feel it is going and what sessions you would like.

One counselling hour session - Ranges from £55-£60

50 minute sessions (face to face, telephone or online Zoom) - £55-£60 depending on time of day, each session (a few concessionaries are available and lower cost may be available on enquiry)

Free - no obligation - Initial telephone consultation-up to 30 minutes
