My name is Sue, I am a professional and experienced, integrative therapeutic counsellor. I work with clients face to face, on-line or by telephone.
I use a variety of different therapeutic approaches to support you and your needs. These may include working in Person Centred, talking therapy, ACT, CBT, Psychodynamic or alongside creative techniques with a Pro-active approach. I believe that each client has very individual needs and therefore each approach is individual and tailored to my client. Counselling is all about the relationship between counsellor and client-you and me.
Taking the first step towards a calmer more tranquil life can be difficult. Counselling can seem daunting or you may think that nothing will help. I am here to help. I will truly listen to you, you will feel heard. Talking things through in a confidential, non-judgemental, empathic and safe space can help you to work through some of your issues, break down your barriers, make decisions about your life and move forward finding the right path for a happier and more peaceful way of living.
